Return and Refund Policy

Most orders on Farmlushagro are wholesale, bulk, or custom-quoted agricultural goods and services rather than standard retail items, so refund terms depend on how your order was placed. This policy explains what to expect for each order type.

Quote-based service bookings

If you paid for a service that was quoted to you (Farm & Livestock Production, Grain Storage, Agro-Export, and other bespoke requests), you may request a refund within 2 weeks (14 days) of your booking/payment date. This is the standard window we use to source and prepare your order, so a request made within it is guaranteed a refund. Requests made after this 14-day window, or after we've already begun preparing or fulfilling your order, are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

Priced product orders

For catalog items with a listed price, please request a refund as soon as possible after payment and before we begin preparing or dispatching your order. Once preparation or dispatch has started, a refund is considered case by case - for example, if goods turn out to be defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit.

Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable once processed. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us and we'll review it.

Services already delivered

We're unable to refund the portion of a service that has already been rendered - for example, a storage period you've already used, or an export shipment that has already been dispatched.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@farmlushagro.com with your order reference number and the reason for your request. We'll review it and get back to you.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout, through the same payment gateway that processed your payment. Please allow your bank or card issuer's usual processing time for the funds to reflect.
