Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Farmlushagro collects through farmlushagro.com, how we use it, and your rights over it.

Information we collect

When you place an order, request a quote, or make a donation, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• Your company name, if provided.
• Your country and, where relevant to delivery, your address.
• Details of the order, quote, or donation itself (service, quantity, amount, any message you leave us).
• A payment reference from our payment gateway confirming your transaction - we do not collect or store your full card number, expiry date, or CVV; that information goes directly to the payment gateway.

If you make a donation anonymously, we only record your country and donation details, not your name or contact information.

How we use your information

• To process and fulfill your order, quote, or donation.
• To communicate with you about your order (confirmations, quotes, delivery arrangements, support).
• To respond to inquiries you send us.
• To keep the records required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.

Sharing with third parties

We share the minimum information necessary with our payment gateway to process your payment, and with delivery/logistics partners where needed to fulfill your order. These providers handle your data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work - to keep you signed in where applicable and to protect forms against tampering (CSRF protection). We don't currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above, including any recordkeeping required by tax or other legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at support@farmlushagro.com.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No online system is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
